During a recent home-buying experience, I looked at one house and knew it was the home to raise my family. With so many tools available online to research homes, I didn’t need traditional realty services to become educated with the market. The realtor received a significant commission for doing very little work. The motivation behind Echo Realty is that the buyer should be rewarded for doing the research a traditional realtor might otherwise do for you.

Echo Realty was founded on the principal that the traditional manner of doing real estate business is changing. How it works:

When you sign up to work with Echo Realty, we’ll give you an incentive based on the work you do to research and find the home of  your dreams.

•  If you purchase a home that is greater than $200,000, you will receive a rebate back for $1000!*
•  If you purchase a home that is between $100,000 and $200,000, you will receive a rebate back for $500!*

What’s the catch?

There is none! Echo Realty is able to offer this incentive based on volume. Since you are a buyer that knows what they want, Echo Realty does not have to become a taxi service driving you around to neighborhoods for days on end. Instead, you the buyer can do this work on your own time, at your own pace with no high-pressure sales person trying to force a sale by spending less time helping you find a house, we can help more individuals find a home. Also, because we are an independent agency, we don’t incur the high franchising and office fees of other real estate brokers.

Who pays for this?

When a seller lists a home with a realtor, they agree to pay a commission to sell their home. That commission is split between agent that lists your house and the agent that finds the buyer. We’re giving you a portion of our commission for the work you’ve done!

*This rebate program is only available when the cooperating broker commission is greater than One Point Eight Percent (1.8%).  Buyer rebate only applies to home purchases greater than $100,000.  Buyer is required to sign a buyer agency agreement in order to receive rebate.
