Let’s see an example where Echo Realty can truly save you some money. Let’s pretend you sold your home for $200,000. Now, let’s say that your traditional real estate agent is charging 6% to sell your home (Commissions are negotiable. 6% is being used for example purposes only).

Scenario #1 – Using a traditional real estate agent to sell your home, and you find the buyer:

$200,000 * 6% = $12,000
